Victoria Hite-Moore brings 21 years of Customer Experience leadership to HiteMoore Advisory Group, with the last decade spent building and running Customer Success and Professional Services organizations for SaaS, supply chain, and enterprise technology companies.

She currently serves as Vice President of Professional Services at Operational Results, Inc. (ORI), where she owns the full delivery organization — implementation, data integration, support transition, and long-term customer success — with single-point accountability across solution architecture, data analysis, project management, and support teams. She built ORI's 3-year account risk and retention strategy from root-cause analysis, translating it into a plan aligned to executive and board-level priorities.

Before ORI, Victoria led Professional Services and Implementations at Blue Ridge Global, where she expanded team capacity to support 25% year-over-year growth, elevating ARR to $14.5M while achieving 95% customer retention and a 40% upsell in revenue. At Blue Yonder, she guided enterprise clients through their transition to a SaaS cloud model, securing $36M in renewals and increasing product adoption by 40% through change-management-driven training. Earlier roles at RELEX Solutions and Aptos Retail sharpened her focus on operational efficiency and product adoption across the supply chain and retail technology landscape.

Her track record for owning complexity under pressure dates back to her time at Walmart, Inc., where she stepped into a stalled, cross-border implementation for the Bharti-Walmart joint venture in India four weeks before go-live. She relocated to India within a week, rebuilt trust with the on-the-ground team, earned executive buy-in from Walmart International leadership, and delivered the integration in five weeks against a four-week deadline — opening the joint venture's first stores on schedule.

Victoria holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rogers State University. She is a Business Intelligence-certified professional through Harvard Business School and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
